1. What we sell
Snow Live sells digital assets (avatar frames, entrance effects, profile borders, and related animated assets) for use on live-streaming and social platforms. All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.
2. License
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use that asset on your own streaming/social profiles. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the original files themselves.
3. Payment
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Alternative payment methods (bKash, cryptocurrency) are verified manually — orders paid this way are fulfilled after we confirm your transaction, typically within 24 hours.
4. Download access
Download links are time-limited for security reasons. If your link expires before you've downloaded your file, contact us with your order email and we'll issue a new one at no charge.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
