What exactly do I get when I buy a product?
A digital file — depending on the product, that's a WEBP, MP4, SVGA, VAP, or PNG animation file ready to import into your streaming or social app. There's no physical shipping; everything is delivered as an instant download after payment.
How long do I have to download my file?
Download links are valid for 24 hours after your purchase, for security reasons. If your link expires before you've downloaded your file, you can get a fresh one yourself anytime at /orders/lookup — just enter the email you paid with, no need to contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus bKash and cryptocurrency (BEP20/USDT) for those who prefer them.
Is bKash / crypto payment instant?
Card payments through Stripe are instant. bKash and crypto payments are verified manually — after sending payment, email your transaction ID and the item reference shown at checkout, and we'll send your download link by hand, typically within a few hours.
What file formats are available?
Products are tagged by format on their listing — common ones include WEBP, MP4, SVGA, and PNG. Check the tags shown on each product page to confirm it matches the app or platform you're using it on.
Can I use a purchased asset on more than one account, or commercially?
Purchasing a product grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use that asset on your own streaming or social profiles. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the original files. See our Terms of Service for the full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Since products are digital files delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds once a download link has been issued and used — with exceptions for corrupted/incomplete files, duplicate charges, or a few other cases. See our Refund Policy for the specifics.
I paid but didn't get my download — what do I do?
First, check /orders/lookup — enter the email you paid with to see your order and get a fresh download link instantly. If that doesn't turn anything up, contact us directly and we'll sort it out.
Do I need to create an account to buy something?
No account is required. Checkout just needs an email address, which is also what you'll use later if you need to look up your order or get a new download link.
